Expanding on the Jersey Pattern family I finally found a duals friendly design that I'm happy with.  While the elongated poll does deviate somewhat from the Little J aesthetics, I felt it necessary to create an angle that wouldn't cause major deflections.  It did cause me some trouble with the weight though so I had to get creative with the embossing to keep the weight as close as possible to the Little J.

I'm very excited about the potential for this design.  It has a fantastic melding of overall weight, blade optimization and a more compact design that will keep the weight of the axe closer to the boards.

This axe should meet the specifications and regulations for small axe competitions of most organizations. Those regulations are changing all the time though so if you're unsure, feel free to reach out!

By default, this axe comes with a single handle.  Additional handles can be purchased here. 

As an Infinity Axes special, this design incorporates a pinned handle design that allows for rapid replacement of handles.  The socket measures 1.25 inches x 0.75 inches with 1/4 inch radius corners.  You can choose to purchase additional handles with your axe head.  Regardless of choice we will also include a high strength roll-pin that will require the use of a punch to insert / remove.  The hole for the roll pins is 1/4inch in diameter, in our experience the roll pin, provides the best balance of strength and ease of replacement.
