Board Breaker 2.0

Inspired by Thor's Storm Breaker axe in the Avenger's movies, this axe head was designed as a "big axe" for axe throwing competitions.   From tip to tip, the axe blade measures 4.625 inches, and has a a deep enough curvature to the blade to provide 1.5" of penetration before the blade starts to shrink towards the eye.

The updated design reduces the amount of embossing to allow for more customization on the part of throwers, while still invoking the Storm Breaker vibe.  Additionally I moved to an asymmetric design that more closely matches the original.  

The biggest change to this design was changing the eye to match the rest of my big axes with an eye dimension of 1.5" x 0.75" with 1/4" radius corners.

The handle is held in place by a 1/4 inch roll pin, making replacing a broken handle a breeze.

PLEASE NOTE: When ordering this axe, The default is 1 handle, for additional handles, please order them separately. 

This axe should meet the specifications and regulations for big axe competitions of most organizations. Those regulations are changing all the time though so if you're unsure, feel free to reach out!
